34 g of complete protein, 8 g of bioactive collagen peptides, and four ingredients chosen to make the night itself work.

  • 34 g complete protein from micellar casein and whole egg, all nine essential amino acids
  • 8 g bioactive collagen peptides, counted separately because they are not complete
  • Whole egg, not yolk alone: vitamins A, D, E and K, choline and phospholipids
  • Glycine, magnesium bisglycinate, L-theanine and Montmorency cherry, each at its studied dose

How to use it

One scoop.
Last thing.

One 61 g scoop in 250–350 ml of water or milk. Shake it, drink it, go to bed. There is no loading phase, no cycling protocol and no window you have to hit to the minute.

Take it as the last thing in your evening routine and keep the routine consistent. That is the whole instruction. The formula is built around the hours that follow it.

Seven ingredients.
Every dose
printed.

Three build the protein. Four are there to make the night itself work. No blends, no ranges, nothing folded together.

01–03 The protein base 58 g powder → 34 g complete protein + 8 g collagen peptides

Micellar casein 30 g

About 24 g of protein, and the slow one on purpose: it digests over hours rather than minutes, which is why the pre-sleep research keeps using it. It is milk, and that is printed on the front.

Whole egg powder 20 g

About 10 g of protein, plus everything the yolk carries: vitamins A, D, E and K, choline, and the fat that slows the whole shake down and stretches the release deeper into the night.

Collagen peptides 8 g

Tendoforte grade, the one the tendon research used. Collagen is not a complete protein, so it is never counted in the 34 g. Bovine, and listed on its own line because that is the honest place for it.

04–07 The sleep-depth stack Each at the dose the research used

Glycine 3 g total

1.3 g added free, roughly 1.7 g arriving inside the collagen. Three grams before bed is the dose studied for falling asleep faster and rating the night better afterwards.

Magnesium bisglycinate 120 mg elemental

Stated as elemental magnesium, the number four times smaller than the compound weight most labels print. The bisglycinate form is the gentle one on the stomach.

L-theanine 150 mg

The tea amino acid, at the dose the settling-down research used. It takes the edge off the evening without sedating you, which matters in a product you take every night.

Montmorency tart cherry 480 mg

The named cultivar the sleep studies actually used, at a stated dose. Not “cherry blend”, not “fruit complex”, and not standing in for a melatonin pill.

That is the entire tub. Contains milk and egg, the collagen is bovine, and the doses above are the specification the batch will be tested against.
