Stoke Shake has not launched. There is no sales history to dress up, so here is the actual state of it and the thinking behind the formula.
Why it exists
It started with
the arithmetic.
Read the back of enough tubs and a pattern shows up. A brand adds 8 g of collagen to 34 g of complete protein and prints 42 g on the front. Collagen is not a complete protein. Somebody worked that out in a meeting and signed it off.
So this is the tub built the other way round, with every number printed on it including the unflattering ones. Micellar casein because it is what the pre-sleep research uses. Whole egg powder because the yolk carries things an isolate throws away. Collagen peptides at the grade the tendon work used, counted on their own line. And four more ingredients aimed at the night itself.
It is not on shelves yet, and there is no trading history to dress up. When there is something to report, you will read it here first.
How we operate
Four commitments.
Every dose printed
No proprietary blends, ever. They exist to hide underdosing. Seven ingredients, each with its actual number beside it, including the ones that are unflattering.
Count things honestly
Collagen is not a complete protein, so it sits on its own line rather than being added in to claim 42 g. Magnesium is stated as elemental, not as the heavier compound.
Test every batch
Third-party assay for protein content and heavy metals on each production run. Certificate of analysis available on request.
Say what it will not do
It is a food, not a hormone product and not a medicine. And where a number is not verified yet, it reads TBD rather than an estimate.
Gym partner programme
There is no
programme yet.
When there is one it will be built for barbell clubs, boxes, HYROX teams and strength facilities. Right now it is a list of names and nothing else.
Plenty of brands will send you a rate card before they have a manufacturer. We would rather tell you where this actually is: the formula is settled, the label figures are settled, and we are still working through suppliers. No sachets, no shakers, no sample stations, no staffing. None of that exists to offer you.
