We looked at the shelves

Men's nutrition got hijacked by laboratories. We built Stoke Shake on the idea that the most powerful inputs were never invented. They were grown, laid, and raised.
The Origin
Synthetic isolates. Proprietary blends. Bold promises printed over fine print that contradicts them. Men's nutrition had been taken over by a version of science that worked backwards from the marketing claim, not the biology.
We started Stoke Shake on a simpler idea. Egg yolk is one of nature's most complete foods — protein, fats, and the dietary cholesterol your body uses as a building block for its own hormones. You don't need a lab to improve on that. Gentle does it.
